Career Opportunity:

The Manager, Paper Mfg. & Logistics directs and leads the production operations of two paper machines. This position is responsible for creating a safe work environment, continuously improving the quality, productivity, efficiency, and cost of the operation. This role reports to the Operations Manager.

What you need to succeed (Requirements):

* Prefer bachelor\u2019s degree in an Engineering discipline or commensurate experience.

* Minimum of five (5) years of paper machine experience to include five (5) years of supervisory experience.

* Capability to coordinate with site procurement in administration or third party contracted services and various subcontracts.
