We are seeking a strategic, analytically driven Senior Manager to lead key initiatives at the intersection of digital procurement, commodities analytics, and category strategy. This role will drive the development and management of the Commodities Dashboard and other high-impact digital tools, lead the implementation of Spend Analytics across global stakeholders, and partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver insights that shape sourcing, pricing, and operational decisions.
You will be embedded within Global Procurement's Performance & Strategy Practice and collaborate closely with the Sr. Director of Digital Transformation, CEPG Managing Directors, bottler partners, and other corporate teams. The ideal candidate combines exceptional data modeling and visualization skills with a deep understanding of procurement practices, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management.
Responsibilities
+ The Senior Manager - Digital & Procurement Insights, is a key resource for supporting our Digital Roadmap and providing valuable insights for the Global Procurement organization.
+ The Role will report to the Senior Director - Digital Transformation and CEPG Bottler Liaison
Spend Analytics
+ Lead onboarding bottlers into the spend management platform.
+ Oversee data transfer, cleansing, and integration with platform teams to ensure accuracy and consistency.
+ Drive user-training and coaching on how to extract valuable insights from spend data.
Solution Projects
+ Design and lead short- and long-term projects addressing critical business challenges.
+ Manage project tracking, prioritization, and resourcing.
+ Develop and streamline intake processes to enable efficient solution delivery.
+ Management of different intake forms
Category Analytics
+ Drive the continued development of baseline and allocation data across categories.
+ Partner with Category Managers and core teams to collect and align data to standardized templates.
+ Create secure, scalable solutions for data storage and governance.
Forecasting & Analysis:
+ Maintain the commodities database, incorporating data from multiple third-party sources.
+ Provide forecasts and analysis updates to Global Procurement
+ Partner with CEPG, GP operations, Treasury, Finance, and Legal teams to align commodity activities with pricing objectives
Cross-functional Collaboration:
+ Build strong relationship skills to work across all the GP Towers and Support Category Teams.
+ Ability to identify key stakeholders to execute solution projects
Third-Party Management
+ Serve as primary contact for insights providers, ensuring value and quality of deliverables.
+ Manage onboarding processes and intake forms for new vendors and service providers.
+ Familiarity with key Procurement Technology platforms and best-of-breed Digital Procurement SaaS Solutions.
Data-Management
+ Serve as the primary data governance and data quality management custodian through advanced Excel and Power BI skills ibcluding formulas, pivot tables, macros and visualisation.
+ Create and manage Power Apps to automate workflows and processes.
Qualification & Requirements
Education & Experience:
+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related **field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.**
+ Minimum 4 years of work experience with ideally 3 years of procurement/category management experience, including at least 1 year of experience in commodities ideally in a global consumer goods organization.
+ Proven experience managing complex data models in a business context.
+ Background in supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization initiatives.
Skills & Competencies:
+ Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and data modeling methodologies.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
+ The candidate should be able to adapt to the 'whitespace' environment for this role given the varying types of business issues to solve and demonstrate ability to bring structured thinking to unfamiliar areas.
+ Solid understanding of global supply markets, commodity price drivers, and strategic sourcing practices.
+ Candidate should maintain a high level of accountability, independence and objectivity while being able to problem solve and align key stakeholders.
+ Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders.
+ Experience with ERP systems, procurement technologies, and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Proven leadership and talent development capability within multi-functional teams.

Pay Range:$114,000 - $139,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:15
Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
