Sr. Manufacturing Technician
**Location:** Thousand Oaks, CA (Hybrid – Local Candidates Only)
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, Day Shift (No rotating shifts)

We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity to join their team as a Sr. Manufacturing Technician!
Role Summary:
As a Sr. Manufacturing Technician, you will lead Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) and Effectiveness Verifications (EVs) across clinical manufacturing operations. You'll also play a key role in continuous improvement efforts and apply project management skills to ensure quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Own and execute CAPAs and EVs across multiple manufacturing areas
+ Drive audit-ready documentation and root cause analysis
+ Recommend and implement improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
+ Collaborate across departments including Quality, Validation, Engineering, and Regulatory
+ Track and manage tasks using project management tools
+ Comply with GMP standards, SOPs, and safety protocols
Qualifications:
Required:
+ High school diploma/GED and 10+ years of experience
+ OR Associate’s degree + 5 years
+ OR Bachelor’s + 3 years
+ OR Master’s + 2 years
+ Background in science, engineering, or related field
Preferred:
+ Experience managing CAPAs and EVs (especially using systems like Veeva)
+ Solid understanding of manufacturing and GMP environments
+ Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
+ Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Agile, Smartsheet, Lean Six Sigma)
Daily Focus:
Lead multiple CAPAs/EVs, validate corrective actions, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement. Facilitate cross-functional meetings and deliver results that support a culture of operational excellence.
