    We are looking for a sharp professional that possesses these top 3 skills:

    + Personal care/ OTC product experience (not oral or color cosmetics)

    + Strong chemist background (formulation)

    + 7+ years of bench experience

    **Pay:** $91k-$110k

    **Schedule:** M-F 8a-4:15p

    **Type of Job:** Direct Hire

    **Location** : 100% onsite- Oak Brook

    **R&D Formulation Chemist Daily Tasks** : What you will do:

    + Formulate new recipes

    + Scale up new formulations

    + Understand the technical, regulatory, competitive, cost, operational, project timing, etc aspects that go into scaling up products to make an organization successful.

    + Propose solutions to raw material issues when working with vendors

    + Maintain quality, accuracy, and documentation of work

    + Keep up with new industry trends

    + Collaborate with other internal teams

    R&D Formulation Chemist Qualifications/Requirements:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field with 5 years of relevant experience in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical OTC industry

    + 7-10+ years of Product formulation experience (personal care products/ OTC products)
