Full Job Description:

Training schedule for first 2 weeks: 7 am - 3 pm Working hrs: 7 am - 7 pm Rotation shift 2-2-3 6 months assignment After accepting role, worker will be participate in the company's Short Service Worker program which is a 30, 60, 90 testing interval to test job knowledge

Responsibilities

+ Follows safety, environmental, and SOP guidelines.

+ Operates chemical packaging and processing equipment (e.g., Calciner, Ribbon Blender, HTLP equipment).

+ Troubleshoots and reports equipment issues to supervisors. Inspects, cleans, and performs minor repairs on equipment.

+ Prepares equipment for maintenance and assists maintenance personnel.

+ Draws and submits product samples for QC analysis.

+ Maintains accurate logbook records and communicates with shift personnel.

+ Ensures area cleanliness and performs other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

+ High school diploma or GED

+ Must have forklift experience

+ At least 6 months of industrial experience

+ Ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents.

+ Basic math and computer skills.

+ Strong organizational and time management abilities.

+ Must be able to work rotating shifts.
