    Job Title: Earned Value Management Lead

     

    Type: Contract

     

    Compensation: $69 - $115 hourly

     

    Contractor Work Model: Remote

    Overview:

    System One is seeking an Earned Value Management Lead for a remote contract opportunity.

    Must Haves:

    + Knowledge in Power BI is preferred.

    + Knowledge and proficiency in Jira and Confluence preferred.

    + Knowledge and experience in work control, planning, and scheduling applications integration.

    Responsibilities:

    + Lead and support Earned Value Management processes and reporting across multiple projects.

    + Collaborate with project controls, scheduling, and engineering teams to ensure accurate cost and schedule integration.

    + Develop and maintain EVM dashboards and metrics for project performance tracking.

    + Interface with management and stakeholders to present EVM analysis, trends, and corrective actions.

    + Ensure compliance with program management and EVM standards.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred.

    + Experience implementing or managing Earned Value Management systems in complex project environments.

    + Proficiency with data visualization tools; Power BI experience preferred.

    + Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and integrated scheduling systems.

    + Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

    + Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
