Transportation Electrification Analyst
Job Function Summary
The Transportation Electrification Systems & Data Analyst serves as a technical and analytical lead for PGE’s TE initiatives. This role manages the data, platforms, and compliance processes that underpin TE operations and program delivery. The analyst is responsible for ensuring data integrity, cross-departmental coordination, and regulatory compliance while supporting the growth of TE programs across Oregon.
This position is posted at a P2/P3 level and will be awarded based on the skills/experience of the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities
Systems Expertise & Data Management
+ Serve as the subject matter expert for TE platforms: C2M, Snowflake, Salesforce, Tableau, JotForm, Jira.
+ Design, maintain, and optimize data pipelines, integrations, and reporting solutions to support TE operations.
+ Oversee onboarding of new EVSE vendors, charger data QA/QC, and troubleshooting in partnership with IT and program managers.
Regulatory & Program Reporting
+ Own development and delivery of compliance reports, including:
+ Clean Fuels Program (charger registration, quarterly reporting, credit forecasting).
+ Division 87 Annual Report (filings, summaries, regulatory data tables).
+ TE Plan (revenue summaries, data management, and PUC requests).
+ Lead cost-effectiveness monitoring and reporting for TE programs.
Cross-Functional Liaison
+ Act as the primary TE point of contact for IT, Data/Analytics, and Web Services.
+ Coordinate system enhancements, access, and upgrades to ensure smooth operations.
+ Provide clear communication and accountability across teams to reduce silos and improve efficiency.
Program & Project Leadership
+ Lead or provide key support for active TE projects, including:
+ Managed charging demos and vendor integrations.
+ Fleet partner programs (Zappy Ride transition, utilization monitoring, annual reporting).
+ Public charging dashboards (Electric Avenue, Muni Pole).
+ Qualified Product List (QPL) updates and charger eligibility data.
+ EV disaggregation and load forecasting (SPID-based load profiles, usage projections).
+ Build and manage Tableau dashboards for TE financial and program reporting.
Education/Experience/Certifications
**Education** Requires a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science or other related field or equivalent experience.
Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
+ 2-5+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, systems management, or utility program operations.
+ Strong proficiency with SQL and Snowflake for data extraction and reporting.
+ Intermediate/Advanced skills in Tableau or equivalent visualization tools.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage compliance reporting and large data sets.
+ Strong communication and leadership skills, with ability to influence across functions.
Preferred
+ Experience in transportation electrification, clean energy, or utility industry.
+ Knowledge of Clean Fuels Program, Division 87 reporting, and regulatory frameworks.
+ Background in cost-effectiveness analysis and program evaluation.
+ Familiarity with managed charging, EVSE vendor management, or charger data systems.
+ Understanding of customer equity and affordability considerations in TE.

Compensation Range:
$74,325.00 - $148,625.00
Actual total compensation, including a performance based incentive bonus, is commensurate with experience, skills, qualifications, education, training, and internal equity. While we anticipate the selected candidate for this position will fall towards the middle or entry point of the compensation range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.
