    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Databricks SQL Databricks Workflows and PySpark. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts focusing on developing and optimizing data solutions. The candidate will contribute to impactful projects that drive our companys success and societal impact.

    Responsibilities

    Proficiency in Azure Data Factory for building and orchestrating ETL pipelines.

     

    Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks for scalable data processing using Spark (Python/Scala).

     

    Expertise in Azure Analysis Services for semantic modeling and cube development.

     

    Advanced knowledge of Power BI for creating dashboards reports and DAX-based analytics.

     

    Familiarity with Inovalon platform for healthcare data integration and analytics.

     

    Strong SQL Python/Scala and DAX skills.

     

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and document solutions clearly.

     

    Design and implement end-to-end data solutions using Azure cloud services.

     

    Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows using ADF and Databricks.

     

    Build semantic models and perform cube refreshes in Azure Analysis Services.

     

    Create and publish Power BI reports and dashboards for business consumption.

     

    Integrate and analyze healthcare data using Inovalon tools and APIs.

     

    Use job compute and SQL warehouses in Databricks for lower DBU consumption

     

    Monitor and shut down idle clusters and IR instances in ADF and Databricks

     

    Compress data using Parquet/Avro formats to reduce transfer costs

     

    Use Unravel for Databricks to analyze pipeline cost drivers

     

    Ensure data quality security and compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA HITRUST)

     

    Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholder

    Certifications Required

    Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate
