    nCino Tech Lead

     

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated nCino Tech Lead with deep experience in designing, developing, and implementing the nCino Bank Operating System, a banking solution built on the Salesforce platform, focusing on responsibilities like configuring nCino modules, integrating with other systems, customizing Salesforce functionalities, and optimizing banking processes for efficiency and compliance.

    Responsibilities:

    • Integrating nCino and Salesforce with other internal and external systems, as well as designing secure APIs.

    • Lead the technical design and implementation of nCino solutions for commercial banking projects, specializing in Loan Origination and Credit Memo modules.

    • Leveraged Apex and LWC to develop custom functionalities and integrations, improving operational efficiency and user experience for financial institutions.

    • Successfully managed full-cycle project deployments using Agile methodologies and collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality banking solutions.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Salesforce and nCino configuration

    • Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC)

    • SOQL

    • Agile methodology

    Salary and Other Compensation:

    This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
