About the role.
As a WebMethods Application Support Developer, you will make an impact by supporting and enhancing integration solutions using Software AG’s WebMethods suite. You will be a valued member of the Technology & Engineering team and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders including architects, business analysts, and client teams.
In this role, you will:
+ Provide application support and maintenance for WebMethods Integration Server, Designer, Universal Messaging, MWS, and Trading Networks (TN).
+ Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to gather and document integration requirements.
+ Create and maintain high-level and detailed design documents for WebMethods components.
+ Present technical designs and solutions in stakeholder meetings.
+ Monitor and troubleshoot integration flows using tools like SOAPUI and Kibana.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Columbus, Ohio. What you need to have to be considered:
+ Hands-on experience with WebMethods Integration Server, Designer, Universal Messaging, MWS, and Trading Networks.
+ Experience with at least one RDBMS system such as Oracle or SQL Server.
+ Familiarity with SOAPUI and Kibana for testing and monitoring.
+ Strong documentation skills for integration requirements and design.
+ Ability to communicate and present technical solutions effectively.
These will help you stand out:
+ Experience with APIGEE, Java, or Kafka.
+ Knowledge of WebMethods integration with mainframe, Salesforce, or Google Cloud platforms.

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until November 04, 2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $112,500- $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
