Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital GenAI Designer with a passion for digital asset creation, management, and optimization. In this role, you will lead the design, production, and stewardship of high-impact digital assets—including graphics, multimedia content, and AI-generated visuals—for web, mobile, social media, and marketing platforms. You will leverage GenAI tools and traditional design software to accelerate asset generation, ensure brand consistency, and optimize assets for diverse digital channels.
As a member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing digital assets, intuitive interfaces, creating compelling visual assets, and leveraging GenAI tools to accelerate and elevate the creative process. You’ll work across product, marketing, and engineering teams to bring ideas to life—from wireframes and prototypes to AI-generated visuals and branded campaigns.
This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who is passionate about design innovation, user-centered thinking, and AI-enhanced creativity. You’ll help shape the future of how we design, communicate, and engage with users in a fast-paced digital environment.

+ Create visually compelling assets for websites, mobile apps, social media, and marketing campaigns.
+ Use GenAI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Runway ML) to generate visual assets, illustrations, and marketing creatives.
+ Enhance and refine content using traditional design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
+ Develop creative concepts for campaigns, social media, and branding using AI-assisted workflows.
+ Stay updated on GenAI trends, tools and integrate them into design processes to improve efficiency and innovation.
+ Conduct user research, create personas, and define user journeys.
+ Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups for web and mobile applications.
+ Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
+ Work closely with cross-functional teams to align design outputs with business goals.
Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, Visual Communication, or related field.
+ 8+ years of experience in graphic design and UI/UX design.
+ Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience using Generative AI tools for creative ideation, asset generation, and workflow optimization.
+ Proficiency in Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
+ Experience with GenAI platforms like Midjourney, Firefly, Runway ML, ChatGPT, and Jasper.
+ Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards.
+ Creative thinking with a passion for emerging technologies and design innovation.
