About the Role

As a Java & Innoveo Technical Architect, you will lead the design, configuration, and delivery of solutions using the Innoveo Skye® platform and Java technologies.

You will act as the main technical contact for the client, managing integrations, deployments, and production support.

This role includes hands-on system analysis and resolution of complex issues beyond standard SLAs.

You’ll also mentor and grow a team with Innoveo expertise.

The tech stack includes Java, Spring Boot, AWS, Azure, Docker, and CI/CD tools.

In this role, you will:

• Act as Single point of contact for Customer and responsible for managing all deliverables related to Innoveo Platform and other Java stack

• Support application run activities, incident resolution and handling service requests.

• Train and prepare a team with Innoveo platform knowledge and build team for future opportunities

• Support for application/configuration-based production issues, which are not covered by the Innoveo Skye® License Agreement (SLA).

• Perform requirement gathering | system analysis and design | configuration | Business Canvas handling | testing and implementation of business applications | enhancements and adaptation/maintenance of already configured business lines, products, and processes | system integration activities | etc.

• Perform deploying and migrating applications to new versions of the Innoveo Skye platform or third party components, e.g., virus scan, payment gateways, etc.

Work Model

We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Saint Louis, MO. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.

Note: Some of our roles may require in-person interviews at Cognizant offices or client locations, depending on project or client needs.

Salary and Other Compensation

Applications will be accepted until November 03 rd , 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $65,000 - $90,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
