About the role
As a AWS Connect Lead, you will make an impact by designing and implementing advanced call flow solutions across multiple business units using AWS Connect. You will be a valued member of the Cloud Contact Center Solutions team and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to optimize customer experience and operational efficiency.
In this role, you will:
Design and implement advanced call flows using AWS Connect Studio, including custom logic and Studio actions.
Configure and deploy AWS Connect features across multiple departments, ensuring platform scalability and reliability.
Collaborate with business units to adapt AWS Connect configurations to diverse operational models.
Maintain and optimize AWS Connect components including ACD, IVR, routing, and integrations.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Work model:

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3–4 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Minneapolis - MN. What you need to have to be considered:
Minimum 8–10 years of experience implementing AWS Connect solutions.
Proven ability to build and maintain complex call flows using Contact Flows and Studio.
Strong understanding of AWS Connect architecture and modules.
Experience deploying AWS Connect across multiple business units.
Familiarity with AWS APIs, integration, and custom development.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
These will help you stand out:
Experience with Medicare and Medicaid claims systems.
Knowledge of healthcare data privacy standards such as HIPAA.
Ability to lead workshops and training sessions on AWS Connect.
Awareness of emerging AWS capabilities and industry trends.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $83,250 - $112,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
