    Lallie Kemp Regional Medical Center is a 24-bed acute care critical access hospital serving the Florida Parishes region of Southeast Louisiana. We offer a wide range of services including general surgery and a 24-hour emergency department. At Lallie Kemp Regional Medical Center, we are able to bring you a wide range of services close to home, provided by a network of board-certified physicians.

     

    The Administrative Coordinator 1/2 is located in the Outpatient Clinic to provide a variety of clerical duties in support of staff and patients.

    Job Duties and Other Information

    Job Duties:

    + Maintain computer data for Cadence Scheduling.

    + Act as a primary contact person for scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments.

    + Answer phones, process work queues, and routing messages.

    + Retrieve, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail to the appropriate clinic staff.

    Position-Specific Details:

    Work Location: The Administrative Coordinator 1/2 position is located in the Outpatient Clinic.

     

    Shift: Monday - Friday, 8a -4:30p

     

    Career Progression: As part of a Career Progression Group, vacancies may be filled from this recruitment as a Administrative Coordinator 1 to Administrative Coordinator 2 depending on the level of experience of the selected applicant(s).     Compensation: Salary depends on qualifications. The starting salary for the Administrative Coordinator 1 $10.50 hourly.
