Salary: $50 / Hour
We are proactively seeking a Behavior Specialist for our 4th–8th Grade Building. This is a pivotal role that will focus on driving our positive behavior support program across the entire school.
We are looking for an individual who can lead our efforts in both school-wide initiatives and targeted interventions. The key responsibilities for this LBS will include:
+ Program Leadership: Driving all positive behavior incentives and support programs building wide.
+ Targeted Support (Tier 2/3): Managing Tier 2 interventions, including the administration of individual behavior plans and monitoring charts.
+ Crisis & Consultation: Consistently managing escalating behaviors, quickly responding to crisis situations, and ensuring meticulous documentation of student breaks and intervention plans.
+ Team Collaboration: Supporting the administration and team in facilitating difficult parent meetings related to student behavior.
Minimum Requirements:
+ Licensing/Certification according to state/facility/contract requirement (can be BCaBA or LSW or LPC)
+ Must have a Master's Degree
+ Experience with behavior plans
