You will report directly to our **Sr. Engineering** **Manager** and you’ll work out of our **Muncie, IN** location.

In this role, you will impact the delivery of high-quality products and solutions, foster a culture of innovation, and ensure that Honeywell remains a global technology leader, delivering solutions that improve the quality of life for people around the world.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Lead and manage a team of engineers, designers, and technicians to deliver and maintain high-quality thermal products and solutions.

+ Develop and execute engineering strategies to drive business growth and meet customer requirements.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

+ Oversee the design and development of electronics and software components for thermal solutions.

YOU MUST HAVE

+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.

+ 5+ Experience in engineering supervision or management.

+ 5+Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering engineering projects.

+ Experience with agency-controlled products.

WE VALUE

+ Expertise in electronics design, software development, or electric heating design.

+ Advanced Engineering degrees like ME (Mechanical Engineering) or EE (Electrical Engineering).

+ Strong leadership and team management skills.

+ Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

+ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.

+ Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
