Job Responsibilities:
+ 100% inspection of all inbound tooling before being received.
+ Accurately pull, label, double check, and prepare orders for PFMI/Salesman deliveries and shipments.
+ Accurately pull and prepare outgoing purchase order, RFQ's, inventory returns, and dummy shipments for deliveries or shipments.
+ Inspect the shanks coming in from all R&S and Pinnacle purchase orders when possible to ensure accuracy.
+ Maintain inbound/outbound/delivery metrics daily.
+ Maintain a cleanly appearance, work area, warehouse, catalog area, and company vehicles at all times.
+ Maintain warehouse files.
+ Coordinate and seek feedback with CSR's, OSR's, and Site Managers to ensure customer satisfaction.
+ Monitor/change as needed tooling packaging corrections necessary to maintain operation effectiveness.
+ Maintain clean and safe entry ways to PFMI. (Shovel & Salt entrances and walkways)
+ Run the missing image report for Autocrib customers daily to capture any missing images for in stock items.
+ Cross train job functions to ensure a consistent high level of service for our customers.
+ Maintain continuous improvement of yourself, your job, your department, and your company.
+ Offer cost/time saving initiatives.
+ Conduct the cycle count and report any inaccuracies to the warehouse manager.
+ Process incoming dull tooling and report quantities to the appropriate party.
Education/Credentials:
+ Minimum 1 year work related experience
+ Valid Driver's License and Clean driving record
+ Basic computer skills
Position: Full-time, In-person
Work Hours: 7:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday
Hourly Pay: $20.00-23.00
