    Join a collaborative operations team supporting a leading global financial institution. This role is ideal for analytical professionals looking to strengthen their understanding of derivative products and play a key role in managing trade documentation and operational risk.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    + Review, affirm, and execute equity derivative trade details to reduce risk and ensure accuracy.

    + Partner with internal teams—sales, trading, legal, and compliance—to manage trade confirmations.

    + Resolve discrepancies and ensure timely execution of trade documentation.

    + Review incoming counterparty documents and align on trade templates and confirmation terms.

    + Escalate critical or high-risk trades to senior management as needed.

    + Support process improvements and workflow initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

    + Analyze data and generate reports to support compliance and operational initiatives.

    What We’re Looking For

    + Bachelor’s degree required.

    + Strong analytical skills with an understanding of risk and control in financial operations.

    + Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

    + Confident communicator who can build strong relationships with both internal partners and external clients.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with large datasets.

    + Team-oriented and proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
