    Required Education/Experience

    + Bachelor's Degree in any discipline or major and 8+ years of business work experience and 3+ years of supervisory experience

    Relevant Work Experience

    + 8-10 years Business work experience, required.

    + 3-5 years Experience supervising people, required.

    + Investment and/or entrepreneurial experience with measurable success, required.

    + Experience using Agile, Scrum, or Rapid Results in project management or product development, required.

    + Agile, Scrum, Rapid Results, Lean Six Sigma, and/or Project Management Professional certification, required.

    + Experience using Artificial Intelligence (Microsoft Copilot) to address multiple business use cases to unlock process or product efficiencies, required.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft 365, required.

    Licenses and Certifications

    + Driver's License Required

    + The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
