Required Education/Experience
+ Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of work-related experience.
Relevant Work Experience
+ Demonstrated quantitative and presentation experience in work, school, or other context. Required.
+ Very strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral). Required.
+ Demonstrated leadership and communication experience in work, school, or other contexts. Required.
+ Experience producing formal documentation. Required.
+ Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Required.
+ Proficient use of MS Office, required.
+ Familiarity with renewable technology and Distributed Energy Resources, preferred.
+ Self-sufficient person who can work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams, preferred.
+ Experience in the utility and/or energy industry a plus, preferred.
+ Proficient in data visualization and communication using Oracle, SQL, PowerBI & Tableau, preferred.
+ Experience using Azure Dev Ops and Agile development methodologies to streamline workflows, preferred.
+ Experience in operations/engineering design of the Distribution system. Preferred.
+ Experience in communication protocols (SCADA, ADR, 2030.5, or other). Preferred
+ Experience in inverters and/or relay protections. Preferred.

Additional Physical Demands
+ The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

+ Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed.
+ Must be able to participate in the Companys emergency management processes and storm plans as required.
+ Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
