Minimum Experience 0 Summary The Federal Reserve Board (Board) provides students opportunities for career success. The Board’s Internship program is designed to provide valuable work experience for undergraduate and graduate students considering careers including, but not limited to, economics, finance and accounting, information systems, and data analysis. The Board believes that by combining academic endeavors with project-related work experience, qualified and capable college students can gain the practical knowledge need in a competitive global job market. Internships are paid positions with salaries commensurate with credit hours; internships may be in-person, remote or hybrid, depending on the needs of the team. Employment in the Board’s internship program is granted to U.S. citizens. Applicants must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited university and returning to continue studies after the internship. Interns receive a syllabus or research project plan outlining their projects and goals for the internship. Interns are assigned a supervisor or mentor to guide them through their internship, and regular check-in meetings with their manager to manage performance expectations and assist with learning goals. Interns have access to a wide range of training programs and events for professional development purposes. Position Requirements About the Role & Team This role will support the Business Enablement & Solutions (BES) function under the Answers & Enablement team. The team provides Tier 1 support on human capital matters for Board staff, retirees, and other customers, while also supporting internal People, Strategy & Operations (PSO) Centers of Excellence through enabling them to effectively design and deliver impactful and engaging products and services to their stakeholders.  Responsibilities will include: • Supporting team project delivery efforts on project management and change management activities; this will include a willingness to participate in brainstorming and strategy meetings Updating communication plans and newsletter timelines as needed. Following up communication actions as directed. Reviewing and proofreading communications. Updating communication materials such as SharePoint sites Documenting and capturing notes at all meetings. Supporting planning for staff meetings •  Compiling and analyzing required information, developing reports, proposals, or documents using visualization tools • Liaise to resolve information or project requests and maintain accurate documentation and records on projects • Assist with web content management requests and support digital design capabilities for print, web, and MS Office Suite documents Support performance measurement efforts as needed About You (Background/Skills/Requirements) Suggested Major/Minor: Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Management, Data Analytics & Visualization, Communications or a related field.  Required Skills and Knowledge: Proficiency with MS Office suite, Adobe-articulate, Tableau, Web development or programming. Preferred Skills: Experience with visualization and storytelling, Other Job Requirements: Growth mindset (interest in learning, attention to detail and ability to hear and apply feedback) • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign and Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) • Familiarization with website content management systems   US Citizenship is required. Applicants must be current students, graduating from their program August 2026 or later.
