    We’re seeking a driven, hands-on Automation Engineer to take our production systems to the next level. You’ll install, fine-tune, and optimize automation technologies that keep our operations running flawlessly. From motion sensors and control systems to robotics and photosensors, you’ll be the go-to expert ensuring peak performance and zero downtime.

     

    As our automation SME, you’ll partner with leadership to assess current capabilities, uncover new efficiencies, and chart the course for future innovation. If you’re passionate about cutting-edge automation and thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments, we want you on our team.

     

    What Success Looks Like

     

    + Install, maintain, and optimize automation systems at key production points, ensuring peak efficiency and minimal downtime.

    + Diagnose and resolve issues with servos, sensors, and control systems, reducing operational interruptions and boosting throughput.

    + Track and document equipment usage, maintenance, and part replacements to maximize reliability and extend system lifespan.

    + Advise leadership on automation performance, identifying opportunities for improvement that drive productivity, cost savings, and innovation.

     

    Qualifications That Shine

     

    + Experience in a production environment, particularly with automation technology, and a strong understanding of production workflows.

    + Proficiency with Salvagnini systems is required, including programming, troubleshooting, or maintenance experience.

    + Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, able to prioritize tasks and resolve technical issues efficiently.

    + Mechanical aptitude and clear communication skills, enabling collaboration with colleagues, leadership, and cross-functional teams.

    + Attention to detail and commitment to quality, ensuring all work is performed safely and accurately.

    + Proactive mindset, seeking opportunities to improve processes, reduce downtime, and enhance automation performance.
