What You’ll Do:

+ Walk door-to-door in residential neighborhoods to introduce our waste and recycling services

+ Talk with homeowners and small businesses to understand their needs and offer solutions

+ Share pricing and service benefits in a clear, friendly way

+ Build relationships and handle questions or concerns with confidence

+ Track your progress using simple CRM tools

+ Work toward weekly and monthly goals with support from your team

+ Represent Waste Connections with professionalism and enthusiasm

+ Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

+ A positive attitude and strong communication skills

+ Motivation to learn and grow in a sales career

+ Ability to work independently and stay organized

+ Comfortable being outdoors and walking for extended periods

+ High school diploma or equivalent (college a plus, but not required)

+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

+ _Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required—we’ll train you!_
