    Hybrid | Atlanta, GA (Sandy Springs)

     

    Our client, a leader in their industry, has an excellent opportunity for a Salesforce CRM Support Manager to work on a 6–12-month contract-to-hire position working hybrid onsite 3 days a week in Sandy Springs, GA with two days remote.

     

    _Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._

     

    Rate: $85 – $95 w-2

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and mentor a team of 4–7 Salesforce support engineers, providing guidance and support as needed.

    • Serve as the primary contact for Salesforce issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

    • Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and stability of the Salesforce platform.

    • Configure and customize Salesforce to meet evolving business needs and optimize performance.

    • Drive continuous improvement, process optimizations, and innovation across the support team.

    Experience Requirements:

    • 8+ years of experience in Technical Customer Success, Salesforce CRM, SaaS platforms, or similar roles.

    • 4+ years in a leadership role managing high-performing technical teams.

    • Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce, particularly Service Cloud.

    • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical issues into business solutions.

    • Experience guiding cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer or project needs.

     

    _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range._
