Responsibilities
+ Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure the team focuses on high-priority programs and delivers maximum value to customers.
+ Execute strategic initiatives, aligning leaders and teams around shared program goals.
+ Design program structures that empower teams to achieve successful outcomes.
+ Develop standardized mechanisms to keep key stakeholders informed about portfolio progress, risks, and issues.
+ Manage program dependencies, reporting, and leadership escalations and communications.
+ Facilitate discussions with experts to achieve optimal outcomes.
+ Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders across Product Development, Product Management, Design, Marketing, Sales, Technology, Data Science and Customer Success.
+ Refine process automation to efficiently compile data from multiple sources and develop reporting methods/dashboards to drive business and team performance.
+ Foster continuous improvement across teams to drive operational excellence.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:
New York $ 124,500.00 - 168,500.00
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).

Qualifications
+ Over 8 years of experience in program management, overseeing multiple complex programs successfully.
+ Exceptional influencing skills, proven ability to collaborate in matrix environments, and build solid partnerships across organizations to deliver the best results in complex programs.
+ Outstanding communication skills tailored for executive-level audiences.
+ Proven ability to rally teams around execution plans, articulate challenges and opportunities clearly, and align executive teams on program outcomes.
+ Experienced in driving program outcomes in an Agile/Scrum environment, balancing the need for date-driven business outcomes and prioritization-based outcomes.
