Concessions Level Supervisor - State Farm Arena/Levy Restaurants

**Pay Rate:** $19.00 per hour. This is not a tipped position.

**Schedule:** Part time event-based schedule. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays. Must be able to work all Hawks home games.

**Requirements:** The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume food and beverage, hospitality, or events setting. The candidate must be able to lead and support a diverse team, including bartenders, cashiers, and stand leads, while maintaing a positve and professional demeanor. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. The candidate should be organized, guest-focused, and capable of managing multiple stand locations during large scale events.

Essential Job Duties:

+ Completes and follows up on steps of service to ensure utmost guest satisfaction

+ Ensures all food and beverage is properly displayed and maintained throughout the event

+ Establishes rapport with guests and understands suggestive and upselling techniques

+ Conflict resolutions and de-escalation skills.

+ Understands all event paperwork and reports

+ Follows responsible alcohol service polices

+ Employs good safety and sanitation practices

+ Ability to build rapport and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Job Summary

**Summary** : Manages the operations of concession stands and performs a variety of concessions duties while providing a pleasant guest experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Manages the operations of multiple concession stands, while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours.

+ Greets, directs, and responds to guest’s questions and needs.

+ Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing.

+ Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment.

+ Follows cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

+ Minimum of one year leadership experience.
