Overview
The Facilitation Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution of the delivery and quality assurance of all facilitation activities across the Intuit Academy internal organization. This role ensures that training sessions, workshops, and partner-led programs meet established standards for effectiveness, consistency, and participant engagement. The Facilitation Manager will also manage relationships with facilitation partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and adherence to facilitation best practices.
Responsibilities
+ **Facilitation Management**
+ Develop, implement, and oversee facilitation strategies to meet organizational learning and development goals.
+ Establish and maintain facilitation requirements, including delivery standards, learning objectives, and participant experience metrics.
+ Ensure all sessions (internal and external) are delivered with quality, consistency, and adherence to facilitation standards.
+ **Quality Assurance**
+ Create and maintain evaluation processes to measure facilitation effectiveness.
+ Review facilitator performance and provide feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.
+ Partner with instructional design and learning experience teams to ensure content and delivery are aligned.
+ **Partner & Stakeholder Engagement**
+ Manage relationships with external facilitation partners and vendors, including contracts, scheduling, and performance oversight.
+ Collaborate with business leaders to identify facilitation needs and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
+ Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, and facilitation partners.
+ **Program Development & Support**
+ Provide train-the-trainer support to facilitators to enhance skills and consistency.
+ Stay current on facilitation best practices, tools, and technologies, incorporating innovations into programs.
+ Manage reporting and analysis of facilitation performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
+ 5+ years of experience in training facilitation, program management, or learning and development.
+ 2+ years in a leadership or management role overseeing facilitators or training delivery teams.
+ Experience managing external vendors or facilitation partners strongly preferred.
+ Relevant certifications (e.g., ATD Certified Professional in Talent Development [CPTD], Kirkpatrick Certification, or equivalent) are a plus.
