The Supervisor Nuclear Medicine oversees the day-to-day operations of hospital and clinic Nuclear Medicine departments in both imaging and cardiology, ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, and high-quality diagnostic services while maintaining full compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and safety standards. This role supports the Imaging Manager by implementing system and regional goals at the site level, optimizing workflows, managing staffing and scheduling needs, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. The Supervisor provides direct oversight to technologists and support staff, manages budgets and resources, monitors staff competencies and regulatory readiness, and serves as a key liaison across imaging, cardiology, radiology, nursing, and physicians to support seamless, patient-centered care.
This position plays a vital role in employee engagement and development by mentoring staff, supporting continuing education, and promoting professional growth. Pay and Benefits:
+ Pay starting at $90,735.89 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
+ Pay range: $90,735.89-$136,125.75 per year

Qualifications:
+ Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Sciences, Nuclear Medicine, or other related field
+ 4+ years of experience and training in clinical nuclear medicine patient care
+ 1+ years of leadership experience
+ Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) OR American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
+ American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire
