    The Manager of Imaging oversees the daily operations and performance of CT, MRI, Interventional Radiology, Imaging RNs, and Outpatient Services at the St. Cloud Hospital. This role ensures patients receive accurate, timely, and high-quality diagnostic and interventional services, while maintaining strict compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and safety standards. Working closely with the Imaging Director, the Manager drives site-level strategy, builds high-performing teams, and optimizes workflows to support safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.

     

    The Manager provides direct leadership to technologists, RNs, and support staff, with responsibilities that include workforce planning, hiring and onboarding, competency development, budgeting, quality oversight, and maintaining continuous regulatory readiness. This role serves as a key liaison between imaging teams and physicians, radiologists, nursing leadership, and other clinical partners—ensuring strong coordination, outstanding communication, and a seamless patient experience.

     

    This leader plays a critical role in staff engagement and growth by mentoring team members, supporting continuing education, and promoting a culture of professionalism and accountability. Through hands-on operational leadership, the Imaging Manager advances system goals at the department level, fosters a collaborative work environment, and consistently models our organization’s mission, values, and high reliability practices in service to the patients and communities we serve.

    Schedule:

    + Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks

    + Day Shift | Monday - Friday

    Pay and Benefits:

    + Pay starting at $102,083.36 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience

    + Pay range: $102,083.36-$153,125.04 per year

    Qualifications:

    + Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Healthcare Administration or a related field (Master's preferred)

    + 5+ years of experience in clinical radiology patient care, and 3+ years in a management position

    + American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) OR Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist OR Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) OR Certified Radiology Nurse (CRN)

    + Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA) preferred
