Job Description
The worksite will be at Tyndall AFB.
Conducts technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to product in accordance with specific customer specifications and implementations.
Troubleshoots technical problems and issues, determines technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommends actions to company or customer representatives.
Assesses product needs in accordance with customer specifications.
Travel to various locations within the US in support of customer test requirements with typical durations of one to two weeks.
Involved with the repair of equipment and components at field locations and customer sites.
Provides routine to moderately complex support. Installs, operates, tests, troubleshoots, maintains, repairs and modifies equipment. Performs a variety of maintenance and technical support on products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations.
Analyzes and evaluates products and related performance. Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions to eliminate problem in minimum time.
Installs, upgrades and removes products ensuring coordinated engineering field change. Maintains effective customer communications and relations. May provide onsite training of customer support personnel.
Provides on-site technical support for software and hardware installs, hardware moves, add or changes of hardware/software for the end-user community.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience
Experience with a variety of maintenance and technical support products, equipment, integrated systems and subsystems.
Experience with EW/ECM/ECCM pods or EW/ECM/ECCM systems.
Must have active Secret Security Clearance and be able to obtain SAP access.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $94728 - $161038
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
