10+ years experience in Business Analysis role working for enterprise companies

Preferred experience working in eCommerce applications in the travel trade industry or similar industry knowledge like Ecommerce, Online Booking, Parks, & Resorts

Demonstrated experience working on complicated data integration projects (understanding of APIs)

Effective engagement and collaboration with a diverse set of clients, partners and stakeholders with the ability to articulate their business needs into capabilities

Demonstrated understanding of value driven business results and metrics

Demonstrated proficiency in Jira, Confluence, SmartSheets

Proven experience in eliciting requirements and acceptance criteria for agile projects.

Demonstrated knowledge of Agile Methodologies including the writing of user stories, acceptance criteria, elicitation, and documentation and managing requirements over the software development life cycle.

Experienced in SCRUM/KANBAN/LEAN, and project planning at a sprint and iteration level

Demonstrated proficiency in basic office productivity software and tools (MS Word, Excel, Visio, etc.)

Skills and Requirements

We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst for an 18 month long engagement supporting the consolidation of infrastructure tech stack

Working with 4-5 core peers leading the BA work

This position will act as an interface between business partners and technology teams.(working with DCL, the Data Platform and 3rd party vendors)

Responsible for developing strategies, gathering demand, translating that demand into high-level scope (User Stories) and requirements documents (Acceptance Criteria, Functional Requirements, and Non-Functional Requirements to name a few), and tracking that demand through the funding lifecycle while maintaining alignment with the business initiatives and supporting technologies.

This position sits in the Disney Signature Experience organization within Technology & Digital for Disney Experiences. It works closely with Adventures by Disney and National Geographic Expeditions (A&E) businesses.

Responsibilities: This Lead Business Analyst position reports to the Technology team and defines business requirements and business processes that Technology can use to design and develop solutions for large projects. The Lead Business Analyst is responsible for data mapping and analysis, user story development, gap analysis, risk mitigation, stakeholder analysis, managing project backlog and user acceptance testing.
