Job Description
In an effort to reduce our data footprint, this temporary IT Data Analyst position will be responsible for performing best efforts to find and delete outdated and unnecessary confidential client matter content while generating proof of disposition compliance.
Staff Responsibilities:
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Perform data discovery and disposition.
• Record disposition of data.
• Escalate any problems or complications to Tier 2 permanent resources for unique specific instructions or for advanced processing.
Pay rate: 20-28/hr. determined during by the hiring team throughout the interview process.
Duration: 8-week assignment with possible extensions

Skills and Requirements
• Minimum 1-2 years of IT experience with the ability to perform data management and destruction tasks.
• Proven knowledge and experience in a professional environment with the Office 365 products including Azure, SharePoint (Office 365), Teams (Office 365); Windows file shares (e.g., Nasuni (cloud) / VMWare (on prem) / Windows Fileshares (on prem) / Nimble / Synology (ntsf file shares - created at OS level)); and SQL dB / Raw Data.
• Attention to detail, positive professional attitude, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work well with a remote team within the domestic United States.
• Experience with Data Bricks, AWS, Huddle, Kiteworks, RelativityOne, Snowflake, Symphony CMS, and Tableau.
• Proficiency in Service Now workflow processing.
