Job Description

The Tax Manager will oversee a select group of client accounts, serving as their main point of contact for all accounting and tax-related matters. This role includes supervising one or two tax preparers, ensuring their work meets quality standards and is completed on schedule. They responsible for managing bookkeeping operations, maintaining consistency in accounting procedures across your client base, and ensuring timely financial closings. Additional duties involve preparing and submitting sales tax filings, generating tax projections, and completing tax returns. This Tax Manager will also review returns prepared by other managers, coordinate tax season workflows, monitor team performance, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.

Skills and Requirements

- 5+ year's experience with Corporate Tax

- 2+ years of leadership experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting - CPA
