Our client, a fast-growing cybersecurity company, is seeking an Internal Recruiter to support a strategic staff-up of Sales Account Executives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a sourcing-heavy environment and is passionate about driving inbound recruiting activity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a sourcing specialist focused on identifying top-tier sales talent.

• Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn and other applicant websites to proactively message and engage candidates.

• Adjust and optimize outreach messaging to improve engagement and response rates.

• Drive a 30%+ message acceptance rate through tailored communication strategies.

• Build momentum around inbound recruiting by increasing visibility and candidate interest.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiting leads to align sourcing efforts with business needs.

• Maintain accurate tracking of outreach activity and candidate responses.

Skills and Requirements

• Experience in IT sales or Recruiting in the product space- May be flexible

• 3/5 years of experience working as a recruiter

• Experience with LinkedIn and other recruiting sites

• Great communication and ability to understand advance skill sets and job descriptions • Software sales

• Cyber background/ experience
