    • Configure, develop, and support MS Dynamics in line with best practices.

    • Customize Dynamics using:

     

    o Plugins

     

    o JavaScript

     

    o Logic Apps

    o Azure Functions

    • Build solutions using:

    o Power Automate

    • Troubleshoot and modify existing applications.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 4 years experience with MS Dynamics CWS development

     

    -1 year experience as a team lead or manager Unified Service Desk experience
