Job Description

Insight Global's financial services client is looking for a Junior Production Support Engineer to join their team. The Production Support group provides second level support to all of the Front Office Trading applications used by our customers supporting the whole front to back life cycle across all Asset classes for all of the BGC and GFI brands. Production Support is a Global Operation with staff in the Asia, EMEA and Americas regions.

Skills and Requirements

-1+ years of experience in a technical role

-Excellent verbal and written communication

-Good fundamental understanding of IT principles like automation and troubleshooting

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business or Economics -Experience in a Trade Support role
