• Publishing Lead - NA Geo Content Operations

    Job Description

    Publishing Operations & Production:

    - Execute content across Targeted Comms and Experiences for all owned channels.

     

    - Track publishing KPIs and help identify areas for optimization, in support of the Sr. Manager, Publishing Operations.

    Team & Stakeholder Collaboration

    - Supports Sr. Manager, Publishing Operations in ensuring adequate coverage during

     

    Nike holidays and closures (WW, power down, etc).

     

    - Lead publishing-focused Evergreen X Nike Weekly Sync, QBR’s, and planning sessions

     

    - Work with Audience Lead to send weekly KPI report to Nike and IG Management

    - Assist in onboarding and maintaining training docs as needed

    - Supporting the Sr. Manager, Publishing Operations to provide needed information to

     

    have coaching and feedback conversations with Content Specialists as needed.
