Job Description
A global banking client is looking to hire a Product Manager to work at their headquarters in New York City. As a Product Manager, you will help shape the U.S. Commercial Card Shop experience for small businesses and corporations. Your day will involve executing the roadmap for acquisition pages and writing user stories and release notes. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Technology, and Design to deliver seamless digital experiences. You’ll manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business goals. You’ll also monitor performance metrics and conduct root cause analyses to resolve issues. Staying ahead of digital trends and planning future capabilities will be key to your success.

Skills and Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in a product-centered role (Product Owner, Product Analyst, Product Manager, etc.)
- Experience managing others, either formally or informally
- Experience working in Agile environments with tech teams
- Familiarity with digital acquisition channels (SEM, SEO, Display Media)
- Working knowledge of UX/UI principles and Responsive Web Design for both mobile and web
- Proven track record of delivering against goals and roadmaps
- Ability to analyze large web analytics datasets - Strong understanding of front end digital product management
- Experience working on any sort of e-commerce related product
- Experience working on products centered around a personalized experience for the user
