    Job Description

    We are looking for a Recordation and Invoicing Data Specialist to join the team immediately. This is a hybrid position - Tuesday-Thursday on site in Springfield, VA; Monday and Friday as remote days.

    Job Description:

    Support internal and external customers in Construction, Paving, Invoicing, Design and Permitting. Process Work Requests and Invoices within the company Work Management Systems, to including new construction, replacement, maintenance and paving projects.

     

    Quality Control check and approve pay items within the Work Management Systems against supporting documentation received by contractors for payments.

     

    Quality Check Fieldnotes and/or drawings for accuracy.

     

    Enter in data within the company’s Work Management System.
