    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking to hire a highly motivated individual to join a client of ours in the Wichita, KS area. This person will have the opportunity to support customers in the industrial/manufacturing industry with supervising and contributing to the delivery of reliable IT projects and services in relation to endpoints, conference rooms, data centers, and end-user/deskside support. This is a player/coach type role and is a contract to hire.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Experience supporting windows workstations, troubleshooting hardware and software related issues

     

    - Experience in a leadership position – mentoring and developing talent through direct supervision of employees

     

    - Experience providing direct technical support to customers (internal or external, remote or in-person) - Experience as a Product Owner

     

    - Experience utilizing ServiceNow for incident and request tracking

     

    - Understanding and management of KPIs

     

    - Experience in industrial environment
