Summary:
We are seeking a full-time, onsite Site Coordinator to play a key role in supporting site administration and employee engagement initiatives as part of a collaborative, high-performing team. This position will work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations, assist visitors, and coordinate activities that strengthen team morale and foster a positive workplace culture.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a team-oriented environment and demonstrates enthusiasm for creating exceptional experiences for both staff and visitors. Responsibilities include partnering across functions to manage communications, organize engagement programs, and uphold the values that define the site and company.

Skills and Requirements
3+ years of relevant experience in administrative support, project coordination, or a similar role
Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Project Coordination, Communications, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with SharePoint development and maintenance
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and collaborative approach
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proven experience providing office support and collaborating effectively within a team environment
Experience supporting coordination of events, meetings, and visitor arrangements Experience with EAMS (Enterprise Asset Management System) and IT ticketing systems
Proficiency with SharePoint site management preferred
Basic proficiency with graphic design tools for creating signage and communication materials
Skilled in leveraging AI tools for productivity and workflow optimization
Familiarity with agentic AI applications is highly desirable
