Job Description
Work with Program Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM & SCM modules across multiple functional areas.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Coordinate fit-gap analyses, requirements gathering, and solution design with functional leads.
Coordinate between the HISD Architects (Functionals), the consultants.
Track and report on project progress, issues, and risks, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
Assist in overseeing testing, data migration, training, and change management activities.
Ensure compliance with internal IT and HR policies and data security requirements.
Support post go-live stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Serve as a liaison between technical and business teams to ensure alignment of objectives.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of project management experience, including at least 5 years managing ERP Implementations.
Demonstrated success leading large-scale ERP or HCM projects from initiation through go-live.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred. Oracle Fusion experience preferred but not required.
Experience working in public sector, education, or large enterprise environments.
Familiarity with change management and training delivery for large user populations.
