    Job Description

    A large technology company is looking for a Business Analyst 4 to join their Solution Management team. This team is responsible for HR Core operations, primarily focused on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. They serve as the bridge between business and engineering, translating requirements and ensuring proper implementation. Typical tasks include user acceptance testing for new features, partnering with engineering to validate feasibility, business communication and stakeholder engagement, analysis and recommendation writing, and handling access issues and live site troubleshooting.
