Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Manager, Creator Marketing to join a Brand & Customer Marketing team for a large go-to-market software development company. This role leads strategy, execution, and performance tracking for a fast-growing influencer program, blending brand building, demand generation, and creator-led storytelling to elevate category awareness and platform visibility. The Senior Manager will manage an Influencer Marketing Coordinator and collaborate cross-functionally with teams including social, content, PR, demand generation, customer marketing, events, and field marketing.

Elevate GTM Intelligence by amplifying trusted voices in the industry.
Manage an Influencer Marketing Coordinator and oversee program performance.

Skills and Requirements
6–8+ years of experience in influencer or social marketing, ideally within a B2B environment.
2+ years of team leadership, with a strong track record of mentoring and growing junior talent.
Demonstrated success in building or scaling influencer programs that drive measurable business impact.
Skilled in negotiating and structuring creator partnerships, including multi-tier deals and agency/platform management.
Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign tracking, attribution models, and funnel analysis using UTMs and analytics tools.
Deep understanding of key platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Substack, podcasts, and newsletters.
Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms, social analytics, BI tools, and project management systems.
Proven ability to collaborate across teams and build strong internal and external relationships.
Genuine enthusiasm for creators, social media, and the evolving landscape of B2B marketing.
