    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a SailPoint ISC Engineer to join our client's team as they undergo a major strategic initiative to merge the Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms of two recently integrated organizations. As part of this effort, they are extending their existing SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) platform to govern identities across both entities. This role was created to support the technical integration of separate Active Directory and Okta instances into a unified SailPoint tenant, while ensuring all identities are accurately correlated to a central Neo4j identity database fed by Workday. The position is critical to the success of the project and requires a senior-level SailPoint ISC Integration Engineer with deep expertise in API-driven identity automation and experience connecting complex systems within the SailPoint framework.

    Skills and Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in the Identity & Access Management (IAM/IGA) domain, with a strong focus on enterprise-grade identity solutions

    • 3+ years of recent, hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), including configuration, customization, and deployment

    • Advanced proficiency in REST APIs and JSON for system integrations

    • Skilled in testing and validating endpoints using tools like Postman (or any similar API testing tools)

    • Demonstrated, advanced skill in building automation using ISC Workflows and manipulating data with ISC Transforms

    • Built custom ISC Workflows from scratch and enhanced existing workflows

    • Extensive experience configuring a wide range of ISC Sources, including:

    • Web Services

    • Active Directory

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to work independently on complex technical challenges and deliver scalable identity solutions · Experience in Healthcare/Finance or other regulated industry

    • Hands-on experience Okta

    • SailPoint Certified Identity Security Cloud Engineer certification

    • Experience with graph databases (e.g., Neo4j)

     

    Previous experience in a multi-tenant or merger & acquisition integration project
