    Job Description

    A client of Insight Global is looking for IT Data Analysts to help with their data footprint cleanup initiative. These individuals will be responsible for performing best efforts to find and delete outdated and unnecessary confidential client matter content within BRG's internal systems while generating proof of disposition compliance. The data will be hosted in a variety of tools and products within an Office 365 environment, including ServiceNow, AWS, Azure, SharePoint, etc. Candidates will be expected to locate and dispose of this data efficiently and timely. Pay rate for this position will be between $20 and $28/hr.

    Skills and Requirements

    - Minimum 1-2 years of IT experience with the ability to perform data management and destruction tasks

    - Proven knowledge and experience in a professional environment with the Office 365 products including Azure, SharePoint (Office 365), Teams (Office 365); Windows file shares (e.g., Nasuni (cloud) / VMWare (on prem) / Windows Fileshares (on prem) / Nimble / Synology (ntsf file shares - created at OS level)); and SQL dB / Raw Data

     

    - Attention to detail, positive professional attitude, and excellent written and verbal communication skills

     

    Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work well with a remote team within the domestic United States – Experience with Data Bricks, AWS, Huddle, Kiteworks, RelativityOne, Snowflake, Symphony CMS, and Tableau

     

    Proficiency in Service Now workflow processing
