    Job Description

    Audience Execution

     

    - Building and QAing the assigned Audience Executions

     

    - Partner with Digital Content Ops Specialist on audience ROS resourcing

     

    - Own the Audience Size Estimates Form and Intake

     

    Reporting

     

    - Work with Publishing Lead to send weekly KPI report to Nike and IG Management

     

    - Complete and own the IG QBR reporting for Audiences

     

    Team & Stakeholder Collaboration

     

    - Supports (Digital Content Ops Specialist on ensuring adequate coverage during Nike

     

    holidays and closers (WW, power down, etc).

     

    - Lead Audience-focused Evergreen X Nike Weekly Sync, QBR’s, and planning sessions

     

    - Serve as the bridge between audience, publishing, and capabilities teams

     

    - Assist in onboarding and maintaining training docs as needed

     

    - Supporting the Manager, Content Operations in providing coaching and feedback to

     

    audience contributors via monthly 1x1’s
