Job Description
A Fortune 500 company in the Greater Seattle area is searching for a Sr. Salesforce Developer that can proactively identify opportunities to automate repetitive workflows, optimize back-end processes, and raise the bar on robust and scalable code-writing practices. In this role, you will create custom user experiences that streamline business processes, build a world-class component library to empower Administrators to deliver more custom features at scale, and collaborate with software development teams to build seamless integrations. As a Sr. Salesforce Developer, you will provide technical leadership to a team of experienced Salesforce developers and administrators, ensuring all work produced by the team raises the bar and defining standards for Salesforce excellence. You will also maintain existing features/ products, help design and implement new global initiatives, provide user support, and drive quality improvement processes globally. You will operate independently as well as in partnership with Product Managers and key stakeholders for requirement gathering, solutions consulting, and implementation of new feature-sets. Your technical skillset and teamwork capabilities will be a key contributor to successfully launching global-scale features in Salesforce and beyond as part of a larger Sales Technology roadmap.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of Salesforce Development experience, utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning component frameworks, triggers, batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs.
Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Experience cloud
Experience leading the design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes.
Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications using SOAP, REST, BULK APIs, MuleSoft, third-party integration tools and ETL with Salesforce. Building applications using Apex and Lightning.
Working with Lightning Framework, Lightning components, Lightning events and Salesforce Lightning Design system.
Perform technical analysis, design, development, implementation of applications with necessary customization.
Support cross systems and related integration's across native Salesforce ecosystem.
Build solution on Salesforce.com platform, including development in Force.com, Visualforce, Lightning, Apex, Web Services, and API's.
Work with a cross-functional Scrum team to maintain and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud applications in iterative release cycles.
Experience with continuous integrations, automations, and deployment of processes.
