Job Summary:
As an Offsite Maintenance Mechanic, you create safe and welcoming environments for our patients, visitors, and employees.
You will perform general maintenance and repairs of our facilities and mechanical, plumbing, electrical and pneumatic equipment.
In this role, you will monitor and inspect work to ensure code and regulation compliance.
On Call hours may be required on an as needed basis.

REQUIREMENTS
+ High School diploma or equivalent or trade school diploma or degree from technical
+ school
+ Plumbing and HVAC experience
+ 3 years previous experience in building maintenance and automation systems
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
+ Licensed/Certified in one or more trades or disciplines
+ Associates degree
