Venue & Key Account Rep
We are seeking a proactive and organized Venue & Key Account Rep to oversee retail execution, product placement, and event support within our venue and airport accounts. This role bridges the gap between operations, sales, and brand execution—ensuring quality standards, inventory, customer satisfaction, and event success across all managed locations. The ideal candidate has strong selling and merchandising experience, a knack for building relationships, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
+ This position is accountable for producing maximum sales and distribution of draft and/or package products and providing quality service to all customers on an assigned route.
+ Maintain current knowledge of all supplier brands and packages, pricing information, and promotional/marketing activities.
+ Responsible for negotiating, obtaining, maintaining, and updating all Point-of-Sale materials at each retailer’s location.
+ Introduce and support new brands/packages and drive sell-through with in-venue activities.
+ Manage inventory, forecast seasonal and new item needs, and monitor product freshness and quality.
+ Handle venue communication, delivery issues, billing concerns, and draught-related support.
+ Support and attend evening and weekend venue events, assisting with setup, on-site support, and teardown.
+ Ensure compliance with all legal guidelines, Wholesaler Equity Agreement and Sunset Distributing.
Qualifications
+ High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience of selling or merchandising beer.
+ Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
+ Ability to lift/move products up to 165 lbs. and hang merchandising materials.
+ Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
+ Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and flexible with evening/weekend availability.
+ Must meet Wholesaler Equity Agreement Certification requirements in required timeframes.
